Yorkshire Tea arrives at our local Kroger

I don't care what anyone else says but Yorkshire Tea is the best tea there is. And for the last five years and more, we have had two options: (1) Bring back a big box of Yorkshire Tea whenever we visit England; (2) Make do with Twinings Breakfast Tea or similar. Well, this week all that changed with the arrival of Yorkshire Tea in our local Kroger. It's a bit steep at $4.99 for a small box, but these are the small pleasures that make the life of the British expat just that little bit more cheery.

Hello Mark,

Is that leaf tea, or tea bag tea? I lived in CA for about tea years with folks from france, England, New Zeland, and Australia. They explained the beatury of tea. For example, I know the difference between a pot and a kettle. I know that tea should be in leaf form not those "wretched" bags. But, as had as I have looked locally, I have not been able to find any. Is leaf tea available to order? I can't believe I have not looked before, but I just happened to be enjoying a cuppa and thought, I should ask Mark, and low and behold, i found your non-religion site, and what a freakin coincidence you were talking about tea your latest post.

I am after leaf tea... where can I get it?

Cheers! RichGriese.NET

Thanks for the tip. I'll keep an eye out for it.

COFFEE in the morning, tea in the afternoon...

Sleepytime time at night...

Then brandy.

I quite agree - Yorkshire tea is the best. I wouldn't drink any of that foreign muck.

Haha, quite right.

Rich,

Sorry -- missed your comment until just now -- had got stuck in the spam folder. Yorkshire Tea is in tea bags and it's great. I think you could get tea leaves at World Market or somewhere like that.

Cheers
Mark
